The Democratic Candidate for the 49th Assembly District, Phil Garthwaite, has launced his website. It's worth a visit just to see the hilarious picture of Phil when he was a child on his family's farm. He will be taking on Rep. Gabe Loeffelholz who has consistently voted against the needs and values of his district since he arrived at the legislature.
