DeLay leaving Congress

According the Washington Post, Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX) is not seeking re-election and will be leaving Congress soon.

I guess the writing on the wall finally got large enough for even DeLay to see.

He is saying he will now do speaking engagements and promote Republican candidates. He probably shouldn't spend too much time sitting by the phone waiting for his colleagues to call asking him to come campaign for them.
