Update on Senate voting

There is an update to my very first blog. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has a story about lawmakers being warned that the use of e-mail or paper ballots might not be legal. The warning was written by a lawyer that works for the legislature.

Our State Senators have relied on an opinion from former Attorney General Bronson La Follette in 1977 saying the practice was legal. Problem is, he reversed that opinion in 1986.
